Vacancy - Admin Assistant

A vacancy exists for a well organised, self-motivated individual who thrives on responsibility and multiple tasks to commence duties in the Ballito Office with immediate effect.

Main Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Ballito & Durban Office;
  • Receptionist duties;
  • Tender compilation and submission;
  • Assisting team members with administrative tasks;
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying & compilation of reports / documents;      
  • Typing of correspondence & minute taking.

Requirements

  • General office experience;
  • Possess drive & energy and be a strong team player;
  • Extensive experience with tender compilation
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience;
  • Own transport & Driver’s license;
  • Pays attention to detail, be flexible and able to work under pressure;
  • Possess great communication skills (both verbal and written); and
  • Proficiency in Zulu & English

Details

Hours:               Monday – Friday; 8:00 – 17:00

Location:           Ballito, KZN North Coast

Working Term:   Fixed term contract

Salary:              Negotiable

Start Date:        As soon as possible
